This DVD is volume 33 in a series called Outstanding Leaders in Dentistry, which explores leadership of people who have significantly contributed to dentistry. This is an interview with John C. Greene, who talks about his life and career in dentistry. He is best known as one of America's leading public health dentists, Dr. Greene moved through the Public Health Service (PHS) ranks to become the Deputy Surgeon General. After a successful career with the PHS he was appointed Dean at the School of Dentistry at the University of California, San Francisco.
