Description This item is a photograph of Dr. Chester Sulkers, a 1923 graduate of the University of Michigan. The photograph is in color. It is of Dr. Chester Sulkers sitting on what appears to be a dock. He has a woven basket hanging from his shoulder. He is holding a stick in his hands that appears to be a fishing pole. He also has a fishing net to the right of him. There are a lot of trees and some lumber in the background. The sky is blue and pink in color. He is wearing a brown jacket and a tan fedora with a brown stripe around it. Near the bottom right corner of the photo it reads: "Heirloom" in all capital gold letters. This photograph in a frame that is rectangular, but rounds to a semicircle at the top. It is bordered with an intricately detailed gold frame. The back of it has a stand to prop the frame with or hooks to hang it on the wall with. Attached to the pack of the frame is a sheet of paper that is a certificate of guarantee. It is bordered in orange, and inside of that in black print it reads: "Certificate of Guarantee Heirloom This is to certify that this *Heirloom encasement is guaranteed to be 24 Karat Gold Plated, made of heavy, basic metal, electroplated with gold and finished with French Lacquer, giving a lustre for a beautiful and impervious brilliancy.
