The bulk of the front cover contains a raised depiction of the University of Michigan dental building and Tooth Fairy statue in bronze. To the left of that, "Eighty Two" is printed on the same raised bronze surface in large, stylized type. "TOOTH FAIRY" is printed at the center bottom of the front cover in smaller bronze type.
