1. Newsletter - Volume 11, number 3 of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry's DENTALUM newsletter, published over the winter of 1994/1995. The newsletter is bound with staples, and the text is printed in black ink, with the exceptions of the newsletter's logo and some interior headings, which are printed in blue ink, and mailing information on the back cover, which is printed in white.
