1. Device, Massage - The Renu-life ozone violet ray health generator is in its original black leather box with a metal hinge and a lenth of flat plastic used as a long handle. Inside the box (labelled as SMD0010.0001a), the purple-velvet lined lid boasts five attachments with differently shaped glass bulbs, three end in rounded shapes, like different sized dooknobs, one ends in a smaller button shape, and the fifth bulb ends by going outward by either side, like a handle on a simple crutch. The top right corner of the lid of the box has a diagonal purple ribbon with the brand name, RenuLife, in decorative silver print. At the bottom of the lid's interior is a black and silver-colored metal label, crediting the Beasley-Eastman Laboratories, Inc. of Detroit Mich. The label lists Model: r. (possible lower case r - it's hard to read) No 75591 Volts 110 Watts 30 and says Made in the USA Pat Sept 30, 1919. The bottom of the box features a control knob, which connects to a red-stained wooden platform. On the wood, in a cicle around the knob, is a RenuLife logo in gold script, flanked by golden arrows. On the bottom half of this circle of gold script, its a voltage control knob allowing users to dial from "strong" to "mild" voltage. Below this, in a purple velvet-lined compartment, is the attached black thread-wrapped electrical cord and a second black cord that leads to the black Bakelite handle, into which one of the bulbs can be inserted. In this compartment is one more piece, a loose silver-colored metal attachment. This piece is about the length of a pencil, and it's made of two hollow tubes, one slightly wider than the other, which are joined in the middle by a black band. SMD0010.0001b: Metallic silver rod with black plastic connector in the middle. The rod on one side of the plastic connector is larger than the other in diameter.
