Button - Fourty nine buttons consisting of four pearlescent plastic buttons, four plastic buttons connected with a metal piece between them threaded between the metal loops, six larger mother of pearl buttons with a loop of metal to thread them through each other, and thirty five smaller white buttons with metal loops to thread to other buttons; three have a metal attachment and two of these buttons are attached with a gold colored metal clasp. Buttons used to close dental hygiene uniforms owned by Jackline Myers.

5. Cap, Nurse's - White nurse's cap that once belonged to Jackline Myers. Three pronged hat with two pointed triangular portions surrounded by a squared-off central area; two vertical holes and one horizontal hole on each section respectively. Eight pronged comb sewed to center of hat with 6 stitches of white thread. Purple felt trim at bottom of hat with two attached bobby pins. "Kay's Cap Needs Nustarch" company label stamped in upper right corner.

6. Shoe - Pair of white leather lace-up shoes once used by Jackline Myers during her time as a dental hygienist. Shoes have a perforated design on cap of toe, swirled perforations above that, eight vertical perforations alongside shoe laces, and decorative perforated elements along back of shoe. Shoes laced with white laces inside six holes. Slight heel.

Uniform is long and has a ribbed shoulder and chest portion; back of garment has fluted seams vertically placed on center of waist; waist of garment has horitzontal band at waist and skirt flares out; 2 pocket placed diagonally on either side of waist; vertically placed holes on left and right edges of uniform to allow for button clasp enclosure. Red, white, and blue Bob Evans label on inside of collar.
